“I would just like to comment about our recent order placed with yourselves recently.
We placed an order for 19 Hand sanitiser dispensers and 19 packs of hand sanitiser which (with the current events around the globe) has been extremely hard to source.
As we expected there were issues getting the dispensers which I can image is the case for a large amount of customers! However, I would just like to let you know that all of the goods have arrived as promised today.
I would just like to thank all of the members of staff at Skye Direct for their help during this time to source such important materials for the School.
We understand that Skye Direct have applied a discount to the dispensers we received today so an alternative order could be put in.
I feel this gesture excels the level of customer service expected from a supplier and all of us at the school are extremely grateful.
As well as this, I would like to highlight the outstanding work from Toni (our account manager) and her amazing customer service throughout the entire process of this order. Without the dedication shown by Toni I feel we would not have received the goods we needed to ensure all children in school are at less risk of the current pandemic.
The passionate and genuinely caring service demonstrated by Toni over the past few weeks has made a gleaming example of why we use (and will continue to use) Skye Direct as a supplier.
